In the anime / manga Naruto, a kekkei genkai (血 継 限界, kekkei genkai? Literally "Advanced Blood Line" or "Advanced Line") is a genetically passed in property within a clan (ex: Clan Uchiha Sharingan, Byakugan Hyuuga Clan ) or by mutation (eg Mokuton of Senju Hashirama - Shodaime Hokage) which can not be duplicated or imitated by standard methods, although it is possible to copy them by using genetic manipulation (As in the case of Yamato) or by transplantation (as with Kakashi's Sharingan). Any person holding a "Advanced Blood Line" can run Hijutsus, which are characteristic Jutsus and / or unique to your clan. Kekkei Genkai are beneficial, and generally help a Shinobi (Ninja) during their battles or in other situations.
Leaders of several villages and nations have always an eye on these servers for its great potential, to the extent that they once associated with war and pain, so they were pursued by normal people.
